Since 2017, the Woman Who Matters Forum has been gathering and presenting to the public the best corporate practices of leading companies regarding women, raising important issues within the framework of Diversity & Inclusion policy, and uniting business and society on its platform, helping them to build a dialogue.

Our goal: Unite outstanding people from different countries and international companies around the agenda of Gender Inequality and Gender Diversity.

We are proud that every year we bring together International and Russian companies, the best experts and famous people, as well as attract completely different women united by a common goal to make the world a better place.

In 2017 we became pioneers in the topic of gender equality, women's leadership and corporate social responsibility, and now the entire corporate world is developing these areas. It indicates that we have accomplished our mission in this direction.
